Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect as little as we can. This policy covers the danake website and the license service. The seller is 21collective (registered trade name “21 Collective”), the business of Mertcan Eren (sole proprietor), Dindoğru Mah. Büyük Elçi Rahmi Apak Sk. No: 13, Babaeski, Kırklareli, Türkiye.

This website

Our own site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The one third-party resource is Paddle’s script: it loads when you reach the pricing section or start a purchase, to show your local price and to take payment. Paddle’s checkout, including any cookies it uses, is covered by Paddle’s own privacy policy (below), not by ours. Our web server keeps standard logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, time) for 14 days for security and abuse prevention, then deletes them.

Payments

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record and processes your payment, tax and invoicing data under its own privacy policy: https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy. We never see your card details.

License service

When you buy, Paddle tells our license service your email address so a license key can be sent to you. The license service stores only your email, your license key and the number of devices activated. Nothing else about you is stored. We do not sell or share this data.

The app

danake runs locally on your machine. It does not upload your code, prompts or project files to us. Your sessions go from your computer to Claude Code and Anthropic under your own agreement with Anthropic.

Your rights and contact

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@danake.app. We respond within 30 days. For data held by Paddle, contact Paddle directly.
